Welcome to Nicolle Spa London. By utilizing our online reservation system and booking treatments at our sanctuary at Warwick Way, Pimlico, London SW1V 1QP, United Kingdom, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Reservations & Arrival

All treatment times are scheduled digitally. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your allocated appointment time to enjoy a welcoming herbal infusion and complete your consultation. Late arrivals may result in an abbreviated treatment time to respect succeeding guests.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We appreciate that London schedules may change. Rescheduling or cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 12 hours prior to your booked slot.

3. Health & Well-being Disclosures

Guests are requested to inform our therapists of any medical conditions, high blood pressure, recent surgeries, allergies, or pregnancy during consultation. Our treatments are designed for holistic wellness and physical relaxation.

4. Sanctuary Atmosphere

To maintain peace and serenity for all guests, mobile devices should be switched to silent upon entry. Smoking, vaping, and disruptive conduct are strictly prohibited.
